Ok, I has a question...

Has anyone out there seen Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy?

And if you have, was it any good?

I've heard it was, but nobody I really know has seen it and so I just wanted to get someone's opinion who was relatively my age, yada yada.  I'm ordering a few things from amazon.com, and figured I might pre-order it for cheap if it was

Yes! And Benedict Cumberbatch! (Though I'm a bad tv/movie person right now and haven't seen him in anything yet... not even Sherlock >.>)

I have seen it, and while it was quite good I felt a bit confused...I felt it should possibly have been a bit longer as it seemed to me like they ended up squishing what was quite a big story into a small space. I don't know, perhaps I wasn't paying close enough attention. But there is an incredible amount of real quality actors in it.

Most people seem to like it/think it was incredible, so clearly I was being dumb the day I watched it ;)

Lol! No, you probably weren't. Sometimes there are movies that take one or two watchings to really get things. Like Rock n' Rolla... I enjoyed watching it, but I really still don't know what was going on completely. Or maybe that's just common of spy or spy-ish movies?

I'm glad it was good though! It was originally a novel, and then a mini series or something? (idk lol) So I guess that would be hard to fit into a regular-length movie. Which stinks. Hmm... I might have to think about this. But I might end up buying it anyway... at least I'll have it if multiple watches are necessary :)

Also, Tom Hardy's in it :P I'll buy any movie with him in it, I'm horrible.

I loved Rock n' Rolla, I don't know what I had been expecting when I watched but it was really very good xD I have, sadly, only seen it the once though xD

I do think they made a mini series of it many years ago, yeah. There's a lot of twisty things to keep track of, I think that's why I got confused. Totally worth it for repeated watchings I imagine ;(

Lol! Benedict Cumberbatch was my swaying point xD But there really are many good actors in it, Tom Hardy included of course (I still want to go see This Means War for Mr Hardy :D)

I've only seen it once as well, but would like to see it again. While I can't really remember what everything was about, I really enjoyed it as well. It had loads of action, but was funny too
