some of them are kind of yucky and you burp fish taste (EWWWW)
but the good news is it's pretty easy to find orange flavored ones or "odor free" varieties.

if you get them from a health food store you can get some heavy metal free guarantees but the downside is that they cost an arm and a leg.
walgreens has some cheaper varieties and two for the price of one deals but i'm not sure about the heavy metal content.
i'm totally broke so i went with the walgreens ones myself.

i can tell you this though...i am really having some issues managing the intense shit storm life has flung my way recently and the fish oil really seems to help.
i'm not sure but i believe it may have to do that the proteins can help to regulate your heartbeat

I may give it a try. I hated being on meds, and if I can take a natural supplement that will help do what the meds did then great!
I did do some reading and had no idea that helping anxiety and depression were among the benefits of taking fish oil.
Now to work up the motivation to get out into this heat and buy some!
