I find this a bit of a mystery myself. I don't understand it. There are even ecological parties in Russia that are worried about the death of the trees--but not about the death of the Russians. It's a mystery to me. Since Putin's administration has had power, roughly 4 million premature, excess deaths have taken place in the Russian Federation.
