i'd like to go back and get the face from different angles. this was taken sometime in the fall i think...

Y'know, I love the composition on this piece, but that bird (?) on his shoulder is just creepy! It's like some Lovecraftian pseudobird.

heh thanks. And i agree, if by Lovecraftian, you mean horribly scared by years of rain .. but not acid rain ... nope we don't have any enviromental problems in this country ... nope ... move along move along

nice contrasts! i think you settled the "clutter" problem here effectively (not that the brick wall would have been too much of a distraction anyway) by underexposing the background.

i think b/w naturally imports a creepy feel to statue photos.
