We ended up with mountains of gingerbread, truffles and cake oh god that sounds heavenly! we don't really eat gingerbread here (or maybe its just my house, since we don't celebrate christmas) so i've only made it once. burned it though xD
Ehehe, it WAS heavenly ^_^ I say 'was' because I've eaten so much sweet stuff over the past week that I feel vaguely ill now when I see it T-T According to the newspaper, the average Australian gains half a kilo over Christmas. Not hard to see why...
And Luke just turned 9 on the 23rd. His birthday usually gets swallowed up by Christmas, so we tend to celebrate it a few months earlier. He always demands presents both times, though...
sounds pretty great to me! my family didn't really do anything...we did end up having a family get together with my aunts and stuff. any way happy new years!
