yep..thats what i ran today for a 8k(5miles)..thats like averaging 6:08 per mile...it was a Grosse ILE...that puts me on all time top 25 list at fitzgerald...i came in 20th overall out of 450 ppl...but i only came in 2nd in my age group which went from 15 yrs to 19 yrs..the guy that beat me was almost 20 yrs old...so i only got silver medal ( Read more... ) -
