Halo 2...

I must say immediately that all my comments here are my initial reactions to the game. My initial reaction is that Halo 2 sucks. This might be as a result of the fact that I just finished beating the single player and it is perhaps the dumbest ending I have ever seen. Its almost like they completely abandoned trying to make Halo 2 as good as

im with you seth on the multiplayer, but i have to say, it is starting to grow on me after i was up till 230 playing with people in our dorm.

the intense feeling you get while fighting multiple enemies in close quarters when youre tied for the lead in team slayer...

phew...

theres nothing like it.

the only time i ever go that feeling in #1 was when i...when people...that one time...

oh wait.

i never got that feeling, cause battles would always take place with people shooting each other from halfway across the map.

the new multiplayer creates more of a sense of 'team' and in my opinion, really enhances the gameplay a lot.

the only part of halo 2 that i don't like is the campaign.

THATS the part that just doesn't work for me.

Halo 2 is all about who has the better weapon.

You start off with a gay close range weapon while someone else snipes
you with a long range weapon or destroys you with a sword or shotgun.
This is how it is at least playing with a lot of people.

The simplicity of the weapons in halo 1 allowed for short and long range. It was overall superior (in my opinion).

ive gotta say, so far im liking this new multiplayer WAY better than halo 1.

the thing about this multiplayer is that you have to have double weopons or you will die. thats what ive learned from playing with people in our dorm

a well placed grenade will take people out fast, if you finish them off with a SMG burst.
