Work sucked today. At work we lost out on some money to our competition. I don;t want to get into that too much, I'm a bill collector and we are competing for money. I'm not usopet that they are trying to make changes. What pisses me off is that they are impying and basically saying we suck. We don;t suck. Our numbers are better than a year ago,

Negative reinforcement is never the way to go, I HATE jobs that do that. You have the right perspective... so you're not the number one best right now, doesn't mean you're not stil doing great work. All you can be responsible for is you :) So there you go.
