I was listening to the radio and a woman dedicated a song to her boyfriend/husband/lover because he was part of the army...they played "Leaving on a Jet Plane". I thought that was very sad...

I've been thinking. I keep notebooks for everything...one for my journal, one for letters to people who will NEVER read them, many for fiction writing, and one for things I've collected-mostly emotions and writings with emotion and little sayings that I've liked. I've definitely taken to writing in the margins of my notes during class. When an idea comes to me, I have to take it. If I let it go, chances are I will never come up with anything like that again.
