Connor's pretty smart. Naive, but smart. Have someone teach him to be really smart. Not Angel, not Cordy, not anyone he knows right now. And let him kill Angel, tell him to, send someone to tell him to. Words can hurt, I'm thinking magic. Witch says words and pain is inflicted. Or you could say emotional pain...
