Izzie had been busy busy busy, what with the holidays, Brenda's pregnancy and general nuttiness around PPTH. She was currently headed back to the conference room to whiteboard, even though House gave her dirty looks when she ran it. It wasn't like she was running it, after all, she was just writing on it and getting the ball rolling. That kind of thing. Jeez.

She had a ton of charts stacked beneath her chin with a cappuccino on top, a liability if she ever saw one, and ran smack into a redheaded girl on her way to Diagnostics.

"Damn, I'm really sorry," Izzie insisted, dropping to her knees to catch the flying charts. "I should watch where I'm going so much better. Are you okay?"

"Oh, yes," Giselle said, helping the woman pick up her charts. "I'm just fine. I'm afraid you've spilled your drink, however," she added, pointing to the overturned coffee cup.

"Yeah, I manage to do that sometimes," Izzie admitted, mopping up the spill as best she could with her lab coat. "Are you a patient?"

Giselle nodded. "I'm Giselle. Robert and I appeared here a short while ago, and we're feeling much better now." She smiled. "Are you another doctor here?"

"Giselle!" Robert said happily, catching her on his way downstairs. "See you're feeling a lot better. Are you getting yourself into trouble exploring?"

Giselle smiled at him. "Not yet," she said cheekily. "This place is fascinating, Robert."

"It's...well, it's a hospital," he said, failing to see much of the fascination. Still, Giselle being excited about something was one of his favorite things in the world, so he tried not to let it show.

"How are you feeling? Are you up to wandering around?"

"I know," Giselle said happily. "I've never been inside one before," she added. "I was feeling slightly hungry, Robert. Can we get something to eat?"
