Jeannette was probably going to be confused about why Foreman was taking her out of day care for lunch and, if he knew her, highly suspicious of his motives. Jeannette might not have been House's child biologically, but she'd definitely picked up his mannerisms

Jeannette twists her face into confusion as she catches sight of Foreman. She tugs her hand free from the teacher's, rushing to meet him.

"No more babies," she says firmly, giving him a hard look. "You've got enough."

"Wasn't planning on it," Foreman said, reaching his hand out for her. "Wanna go get pancakes?"

Shooting his hand a wary look, Jeannette nods.

"Uh-huh. Can I have syrup too? The blueberry kind?" She follows him, asking, "Papa, why are you here? Is someone sick?"

"I can't just take you out for pancakes, baby?" Foreman asked, mussing her hair a little. "And you can have blueberry syrup."
