A new game was announced with the working title "Heroes on the Move" that features Jak and Daxter, Ratchet and Clank, and Sly Cooper. I don't know who the publisher/company making it will be, but it's new Jak!

I do that too! I always feel really awkward talking about Jak in non-capslock comms. XD

SO EXCITED!

HOLY SHIT AAAAAH I HAVE LEARNED NOTHING FROM TLF

God damn that is a NICE Jak model, there's some sexy detail there.

We've ALWAYS said there should be a crossover with these three games, it's about time someone did it! Oh god I'm so excited I can't wait aaaaaaaaaah

I KNOW RIGHT? I was working on school stuff when my brother told me about it and at first I was like ":| dude I'm working don't bother me" but the moment he said new Jak I completely spazzed out.

I love the model because his ear nubs are back and he has the green roots and the goatee and it is SO much better than the initial footage for TLF.

HUZZAH!

I actually tried looking for the publisher/developer/company, and haven't really found anything yet. Hopefully in the future, more details will be posted. Because if it's a company that doesn't have a good track record with platformers, I'll be a bit concerned.

Questions on my mind (Early speculating): How are they going to deal with the different mechanics of the games working together? So no side is super overpowered than the other? Because I can totally see that happening for the Ratchet side.
As well as the games different cannons meshing? Or will this be generic crossover plot 101?

Jak: "Hi."
Sly: "Hi."
Ratchet: "Hi"
All together: "Well, now that's taken care of, I'm going back to where I came from aaaannnnnnddd never going to recall this. Nope."

Well, time to start saving for a PS3 again. I tried last time, got close enough, and failed. Since I had to get textbooks at the time. I hate expensive textbooks that you have to have...and then you get chum change for selling them back.

Yeah, the publisher will definitely be a huge factor in whether or not I get this. I would not trust HIG if they were dealing with it, even if the coding/publishing is different for the PS3 versus PSP. I'm really curious about the story too, since I'm really not one for crossover games. But there's just too little to base any judgements on right now, so I'm going to wait and see what further information will get released.

And I TOTALLY know what you mean for textbooks. Ugh, buying textbooks. Even when I buy them used or at discount bookstores, it's still such a pain... I've had courses where I'd need a different textbook for each unit, and each book cost at the least $75 and in most cases over $100. It's just ridiculous.

Jak, Daxter, Ratchet and Clank in the same game? My dad's head is going to explode from sheer glee. xD He adores those games like a good semi-gamer father.
