if you were to take yourself to Dekalb Community Crisis center they will help you get your head together. Explain how you are feeling, the things you think..be honest and they won't turn you away. It is a mental crisis center. you will have a place to eat and sleep for a while and they will put you on meds. those meds will change your outlook and also your life because your outlook determines your life. I know you don't want to hear this but if you are willing they can help you or get you to someone who can.
There is a way to survive. You will be okay. Stop stealing before you get caught and have to go back to jail.

I agree with jtcq, especially about stealing the smokes. Jail sucks. Going to the DeKalb crisis center sounds like a very good plan in your situation. It sounds like you've needed some help for a while, plus you can have a place to stay to figure things out that's not on the streets. I'll be thinking about you.
