XD Yeah, the idea was that America was the one person England really wanted to be with, but never had the guts to approach, and it hurts him to know that his worst rival managed to seduce the one person he wanted to be with.

In my headcanon, it was America's first time, and he was pretty much the uke, yeah. XD I also like Uke!America, though I think that, when it comes to UKUS/USUK, they switch every now and then. XD

I like USUK as well, but Seme!England certainly has his appeal. :D
