Do I Miss Medical School?

It's funny, but no one has really asked this question.  Maybe they just don't want to feel like they're opening a bag of worms, or they assume I don't.  Whatever.  Now someone asked!  And guess what!?  As per my usual, it ain't simple!

The other day was match day.  For those of you who don't know, that's the big day when graduating medical students

actually, the other day, there was a big mandatory meeting at the med school...i was betting that someone important was either dying or quitting, but as it turns out, there is a rampant adderall abuse probolem at quillen. like, people selling it out of the bathrooms to each other and stuff. i asked my friends if the administration took any responsibility for the insane amount of pressure they put on the students, and they looked at me like i was crazy. will said "well, it's their choice to use drugs." which i agree with, but not everyone has two loving parents and a mayberry-type support system.

i was pretty glad to be out of medical school when i heard that news.

if i do go to another country, i'd like to go in more of a medical capacity than a teaching capacity. i'd have to look into it though.
