2 days in......
Well i'm now 2 days into detox and yes... there it is... caffiene headache from hell. Its amazing how addicitive some things can be and how your body reacts when it does not get it. Its the first time in a while there is no sign of coke int he fridge (I usually drink diet vanilla). For doing so well so far i treated myself to a Soy Banana ( Read more... ) -

But the only importnat thing to note is i'm off to the US in just over a week for ISMAC and Pennsic. YAY!
