I am possibly the least girly girl I have ever met that wasn't totally butch.  I'm tall, but most of my height is in my torso.  I'm heavy, but not horribly so, which bugs me because I have to wear a 3x shirt and 26 jeans.  I have really big feet and only own one pair of dress shoes that fits and they don't look good on me

Hi, honey! My sister is 6' tall and she says she likes to shop for what she refers to as her "transvestite" shoes online (her shoe size varies from 12 - 13). Links: CandleLight Fashions and Overstock - Size 12.

It's not easy being a goddess of imposing height, but I'm sure you'll figure it out. I myself have issues with sleeves - my arms are a little short and I have to be inventive in getting around that. :)
