The police in Waterloo region have a higher than average rate of accidents involving police cruisers. And yet they get to hand out tickets.

*sniff sniff*... I KNOW there are a bunch of flattened ducklings on the off-ramp from the expressway to Ottawa Street... *I* missed Momma and the babies, but she was INSISTANT on crossing the ramp, and you just can't go from 80 to zero in seconds flat...
