I love your costume! Hee. I will poke through my virtual wardrobe to see what I might have. But in the meantime, I am eating orange chocolate cupcakes. YUM.
Of course, I will totally share.

Huzzah for cupcakes! As the moon, I would offer some of my creamy, whipped surface for frosting, but I'm told it tastes pretty awful!

Godd to see you up and about. Hope you're well enough to be dancing like your cyberman!

A treat for you and Mai as soon as you change into costume! (You don't *have* to have a pic, you know.)

There is so much construction going on around my place... I have snuck out and grabbed one of the larger traffic barriers and added a toilet plunger - voila, instant Dalek. Mai has shown up wearing an exenterated (i.e., eviscerated and de-stuffed) rabbit toy around her neck; I believe she thinks it's a stole and therefore charming.

Also, I have brought vampire cookies! Much tastier than moon surface!

Nice costume! And I bet you're all safety-reflective and everything! :D Aw, Mai. She is always charming. :)

Those are *EASILY* the most awesome cookies ever. Have you made them before?

I lied! Treats to come. (I have to try to do some sewing before bed.)

Yay! I'm honoured to have been invited. :)

I too love your costume. I just threw on a sparkly vest, a cape with glitzy spiderwebs and a pair of enormous pink sunglasses with rhinestones. Tah dah! I'm a Disco Wizard!

Here's a mirrorball... because every party needs one.

Mirroball! For a minute there I thought you'd brought Vince with you!

Your costume sounds fabulous. What does a disco wizard conjure exactly? Magic platforms?

A drabble for you!

Suit

“That what you’re wearing?”

“Yeah.”

“To a costume party?”

“Yeah.”

“No glitter or neon or fuzzy bits that shed on my cords?”

“No.

“What are you supposed to be?”

“The most frightening thing I could think of!”

“Yeah?”

“Can’t you guess?”

“Er.”

“I’m a jazz freak? Ain’t I hideous? All grotesque and brown.”

“Wait, that’s my shirt. And pants!”

“Yeah, took forever to fit them.”

“You’ve ruined them!”

“I’ve improved them! Look at my bum! It’s genius.”

“They do look better on you.”

“Yeah. So what you wearin’? Some kind of pink, sweaty monster suit?”

“I’m naked, Vince.”

“Oh. Right.”

Hahah! Maybe he'll show up later. He's probably lurking.. waiting for the right moment to make his appearance.

Thanks.. I feel fabulous. :) Disco wizards are the best kind. They conjure magic platforms, bright colourful lights, glitter explosions...

Awwww! That was a most excellent drabble. Poor Howard.

Thank you! and complete with castle in the background, too. ^^ He looks sweet enough to cause major tooth...neck aches.

It's one of the 'monsters' from an old PS3 game called Folklore. I'm one of the 'folk'.

I'm a tree, aka home, launching pad and soft landing for two tiny marsupials. Luckily for me, I've still kept a few leaves to protect me from their sharp little nails.

Awesome costume! Did you bring Kaiya? Is she in costume?

I'm thinking of baking up some Witch's Fingers, but I fear that Mai will eat all the dough!

I have no idea what caster sugar is, but anything shortbread is of the good. And Kaiya - who's already the color of fallen leaves - is wearing her fall-leaves coat, which I really have to get a picture of.

Caster sugar is superfine sugar - I just use plain old regular sugar and it seems fine. But I haven't tried these ones yet.

Oh Kaiya must be so adorable (well, she always is, naturally) - I hope you'll manage a photo of her coat!!

Hehe, panda! I tried to convince my roommate to be the man!panda this year. Unsuccessfully!

Are you not in costume, then? You have to be in costume to receive a treat! But I suppose the thought is as good as the real deal. A treat to come! As soon as I can think. :) Just got back from a h'ween party.
