There's a joke involving hammer and a sickle. I suspect they made the movie just to work in that joke. :D

It just got more and more gory and more and more hilarious! And apparently nazi!Zombies are the FASTEST ZOMBIES!

I'm not an expert on the genre but I enjoy it a lot! Although I recently found myself unable to finish the 2006 Night of the Living Dead in spite of Sid Haig!

No, yes, and no! I'll put REC on my queue (I'm pretty sure Netflix has recced it to me actually). When I looked up City of the Dead I found a 1960 film (with Christopher Lee!). I'm assuming you mean a different one?

Oh yeah, it's much funnier than scary, although there were a few bits at the beginning that were creepy.

Usually the only thing dubs are good for is added comedy! :D

There were quite a lot of intestines in it, weren't there?! I remarked on it while we were watching. And of all the things to not be able to suspend disbelief over (as opposed to, you know, zombies), I had to question the tensile strength of intestines! ;D
