It's been a hell of a two weeks. For one thing, either my two weeks of holiday vacation has completely thrown off my sleep schedule, or I'm turning into a complete insomniac. Alec and I have been up all night. I didn't feel like going to sleep, and he didn't either. So we brewed some coffee and have been up since about 10 this morning

I will certainly keep you and your family in prayers! Wow. I'm so sorry for your loss, Ashley. I hope Alec can go to the funeral. I know when Jordan's grandma died his school was really understanding about it, as was mine.
