Opening night

went very well on Saturday. The Gen. Director decided on Thursday morning to transpose a 10-page section near the end down a half step, so we spent our warm-up time going over the newly-transposed sections instead of actually warming up. (Bah.) The house was packed, from what I could tell without my glasses. We got a standing ovation for like 5

Thanks! I had a really fun time in Vancouver, like probably the best vacation of my life. If you have the car, I'd go with you to Western if you wanted to. Mini road trip.

thursday and friday are totally THE days for hanging out at western. ha no but i'm gonna be there, and i'm so excited to explore bellingham. congrats on opening night. standing ovations are wonderful, and i can't imagine how great that would feel to be on the receiving end.
