Like it says.  I'm surrounded by palm trees and things that are probably supposed to look like wrought iron.  It's a really nice city, I'm sure of this.  I'm conveniently ensconced right across from the convention centre where, I am given to understand, ComicCon also happens, at some other time of year, when the throngs of healthcare simulation ( Read more... )

It's weird to me that I'm pretty sure I've stayed close enough to that convention center for other conventions that I have some idea what the whole area looks like.

Glad your luggage has arrived. Nothing like running around in borrowed underwear to take the thrill out of things. Uh, or not.
