gotta admit that it took til nearly the three minute mark before i smiled. I think that pretty much sums up kiwi's in general - hard to win over :D
I was incredibly surprised that I only recognised one actor too (aside from gollum and PJ). We have a limited acting pool, actors generally get 'recycled' around tv shows/commercials ;)
Also, Air NZ update these sooooo often. Are they trying to tell us something about their planes? Are they powered by.....magic?
I believe they're doing this as a promotional tie-in for the new Hobbit movie coming out in December.
As for the lack of recognizable actors, I wonder if maybe some of the people are actually Air NZ employees? Companies do that sort of thing sometimes. ;)
