*hack hack*  I can't talk properly, and keep coughing in a delightfully unattractive way.  I've spent the day at a course.  I'm sure it was good, the last session went over my head a little as I was feeling rather rough.

To make up for it, I'm watching Aladdin.  Reverting to childhood is the way forward.
