I touched the vent at the bottom of the pool at the gym twice a few days ago. I'd avoided it for the whole summer because I thought it was bad luck. I'm hoping for some wonderful, life-changing consequences. Let's see what happens.

ok, i totally know what you mean about the vents...i watched something on tv a long time ago that involved little kids getting sucked in by the vents and drowning, and it has scared me ever since...
