Keep in mind that all directors have a different point of view and a different idea of what's good. Their words aren't objective in the least. What's terrible for one is fantastic for another. You know all those shows on E! about actors, about how one director turned them down and then the next thing they worked on, they got an Oscar? Don't worry about it
