physical pain. mental stress. muscle tension. physical fatigue. lack of mental stimulation. devoid of general satisfaction.

sigh.

i'll need an extremely huge box of dark chocolates to make myself feel better.

原来一直不觉得是什么大不了的疼痛，居然成了相当严重的事情。也许若发生在四十年后的我就不觉得稀奇，但是现在年仅二十几岁的我，可算得上是严重的吧！

这次也是自己身体给自己的一次警钟吧。毕竟自己已经二十几岁了，并非自己想象的那么年轻了。是时候开始注意自己的身体健康状况了。已经再也不可以那么放纵自己的健康， 那么糟塌自己的身体。

可是现在非常饿的我，满脑子里只想着麦当劳早餐！

it was a mad rush. rush to see patients, rush to find cases, rush to finish cases, rush all over the hospital, rush to speak to caregivers, rush for case notes, rush to speak to doctors.

but most of all, rush to end work on the dot. =)
