Whew

On day 5 (i couldnt work out yesterday cus of school and v for vendetta) I can really feel my body and its sore! Im trying so hard to do this and really make it work. If i feel up to it later tonight im going to do my other work out so this can be day 6 since its supposed to be. Gotta keep focused and keep on moving it, any fat burning and ( Read more... )

its not easy its really hard core exercises, thinking of picking up some weights next =)

I always stretch for about 15 minutes before and after the workout. It does help a little bit with the body ache and tight feeling. I also do a 15 minute stretch about every 6 hours just to stay loose. Unfortunately, you will still feel the muscles. But it wont be such an effort to move around. Eventually it wont feel like this anymore.
