For people that are lactose intolerant, chocolate aids in helping milk digest easier.

it is not a very good thing to me for i am not lactose intolerant. and i still dislike chocolate!

i didn't start mine yet but i was put in a habit of taking naps while in daytona so there goes three hours of a day until' i am use to staying up again. thank you for forcing me to lay on the bed to watch the movie which made me fall asleep that started this routine of napping kayla.
