The weeks have been simply flying by and I'm afraid that I shall miss things if I so much as blink. There are so many decisions to make concerning what path of life I should choose after leaving Hogwarts; it's a bit frightening to realise that I have to start making arrangements to be on my own. A lachrymatory. It's a small phial in which one who is mourning collects tears. The stopper is specially designed so that the tears can evaporate. When the tears have evaporated from the phial, the mourning period is over.

It belonged to the grandmother of my grandmother. They were very popular in the Victorian Era. My mother gifted it to me a few years ago.
