nothing in the rules that says no singing, or dancing for that matter. so i can belt showtunes at the top of my lungs with interpretive dance movements during my fifteen minute shower/grooming time! WHEE!

program clients may listen to secular music. However, they may
not listen to secular radio for the first 30 days. No secular
music is allowed in residences or when around Phase 1 clients.
