When I was a child I covered my father's face with a pillow and held it down as hard as I could while he was sleeping. He obviously just shoved me off him and yelled at me. He thought I didn't realize that something like that could kill somebody, but I did know, I just didn't care.

Thanks for sharing the secret. I just have to say there were obviously some serious reasons that a child would feel in such a way toward their father and go to such an extreme. I'm sorry you had to go through it.

I lied and told my best friend I wasn't in love with them.

I think what you did shows you really value the friendship and you did what you thought was best. I think that makes you a wonderful friend :)

I mean it must be hard keeping such a lie from your friend though.. is there any way you could tell them since it is obviously eating away at you? :(

That would just cause the problems the lie was meant to avoid and make it worse really as they'd know I lied too :(
