Nice Cup of Tea and a Sit Down

I just finished a Nice Cup of Tea and a Sit Down. It was great! :D It really is an awesome book filled with a bloke called Nicey going on about biscuits in a screamingly British way. He also talks about tea and sitting down, obviously. There are four large sections of the book: tea, biscuits, cake, and sitting down. There is a lot of science in it

He has something against pink wafers? But they're lush! Chris Skelton once went to get them you know. :)

Apparently there is something in the chemicals that make up the pink in the wafers that is unnatural.
