up and down: two very confusing things right now

alright so im not doin anything tonight but catching some Z's and maybe practicing on the drumline music a bit. javajazz is totally not working for me right now. i can hardly tell up and down and im pretty sure loud noises would just make me lose my sense of gender or something. who knows. i think this medicine is working too good on me. i
