so umm yes i am much better. and umm yesterday was an amazing day. i woke up feeling like a million bucks. i ate and just hung around for a while. then i went to drum practice around 1. all the people welcomed me back and such. and umm then we drummed. much funner considering i didnt feel as if the room was gonna shoot off into space. then
