I know exactly how oyu feel...my bossd from the mail room (my previous position) just left the week before last. He was the only "boss" that I could trust, and that made the work environment at all comfortable. He was someone I could talk to with ease and I felt comfortable and not intimidated by...

I guess I am mostly greatful I am not in the mail room anymore. It would be even worse :(
