i think it's time to reconsider my drinking habits. not that i feel like i drink too much, but i am getting serious about all other aspects of my diet, and it just doesn't make sense to continue drinking dairy/sugar/calorie-spiked cocktails. my sleep is already b0rked, and i'm sure syrupy martinis right before bedtime don't help
