my advice for you? move to NYC, move into a 5th floor walk-up with no elevator, walk everywhere, leave your refrigerator empty, and only eat a full dinner a couple times a week. otherwise go with an appetizer or two for dinner when you go out. use lunch as your main meal. oh, and go out dancing at night a lot.
