I was on my way yesterday afternoon to the U of T's Science Information Centre to write another entry here, but as I was walking through Queen's Park I heard the throbbing roar of drum music coming from the south, and saw a large mass of people congregated toward Wellesley Street. On either side of the path toward the sound there were stalls

No worries about the cell-phone thing. I have, tho, made it a point to use a hands-free headset if I'm driving. It's a lot easier to see, and a lot easier to not be as distracted while talking.

And good idea on the slimmer glasses. I actually like my appearance with my newer glasses as much as I do without my glasses. The styles have come a long way in looking good, that's for sure! ^_^

Well, since: 1. You use a hands-free set whilst driving; 2. You're more often than not driving whenever I call you; and 3. You're a very dear friend and almost the only one whom I phone, I suppose I can afford to make an exception for you. And this reminds me that I should call you sometime very soon lest I become a stranger to you. ;)

Thanks for your support of my choice for my new glasses. :) I didn't know that you were wearing a new pair of glasses, yourself. What do they look like? Have you a recent photo of you wearing them? The one and only photo that I have of you with ordinary eyeglasses on is from two years ago, I think.
