Ottawa's probably colder, but here it's -25 with the windchill. People at work were freaking out and I was anticipating turning to ice upon walking outside, but on my way to the streetcar (ten minute walk), I noticed it wasn't even that bad. I can thank growing up in Ottawa and my five winters in Kingston (having to walk everywhere!) for making me immune to cold.
