So I was talking with my sister and the subject of vinaigrette salad dressings came up. We were raised on Ken's Steakhouse Italian, which is really quite good, for a bottled dressing. Hmm, homemade dressings may be what I need to make myself enjoy salad...I like the lime-mint idea. I also want to do a sweet-ish lemongrass one with rice vinegar, maybe some basil.

Fresh Market had something they called a dessert vinegar, but they moved and I never tried it...don't know how sweet it is, but they recommended it as an ice cream topping. Must get this sometime.
