john, i am glad that you have "found" (thats not the right word b/c you were never lost so to speak) yourself, or a new aspect of yourself, or what you were looking for in yourself. or just simply came in tuned with who you are, to yourself, which is the most important thing. self-acceptance. i wish everyone could do that. i'm glad that you did. jessica

i understand what you're saying and i appreciate it. i don't think i've truly found myself yet, but this is an important step on the way to doing so, and i'm glad. it's so elusive, but hey, maybe i'll inspire someone else.
thank you, i often feel that boost of clear thought either in the intro or outro. i have to work on the body more. it all just came to be and came out in only a few minutes.
it's my nature to be hard on myself anyway - if i'm not gonna be the best i can at something, it doesn't seem worth it. it's less self-loathing than self-awakening anyway.
Well, on the plus side, your haircut looks good. Haha, Mike told me you cut your hair & I didn't believe it. & I haven't really gotten the chance to comment on it in person yet - sorry.
haha, thanks. personally, i think i look like an innocent, 12 year old version of tom brady. the 25-year old burnout look wasn't doing it for me anymore, or did it ever? i don't know.
