I know how you feel. Jack was born, was scooting across the floor the next, the next week he was crawling, the next week he was sleeping through the night, the next week he was walking, etc. his independence went off like a bottle rocket. I went through a really tough time when he was a "daddy's boy" where i felt like i wasnt needed or anything. Then last night, when we had some new people over and a little girl, he would cry if i left his sight. It was a nice little reminder that no matter what, I am always his mom and he will always need me, no matter what. Hang in there :)
5 months already. I cant even believe that soon Kayla will be 4 months old. Blah. I know what your saying. I cry at the thought of Kayla growing up because it is happening so fast. Im such a sob. ♥ Jenn
They do grow up, but the entire process is so amazing. When I figure out how, I'm going to post some pics of my kiddies when they were little. It's nice to enjoy all aspects of their growing.
Among other things, my daughter ice skates, and she's good. She's precious to watch on the ice, and I'm so proud of her. Don't worry that your daughter is growing, enjoy the process. Your love for her (as I'm sure it already has) will grow every day, you'll continue to marvel about her milestones, such as the rasberries!
