Haha, the funny thing is I don't really either! I don't remember much, but I want to learn and make beautiful stuff so much!! We can learn together ;)

Oh, Jenne, I am in love with all of those things...tea and watermelon, mountains, water, wrap around porches, wind chimes....fresh air, sewing machines...ETC!!!

You forgot friend chicken, corn on the cob, fresh lemonade, picnics, kites, tire swings...

GO READ "The Divine Secrets of the Ya Ya Sisterhood", and/or "Little Altars Everywhere" (the prequel). They are not my sort of thing, but they are wonderful. And choc full of summer in the deep south.

I love all those things too! So much. I want to go out this weekend and have a picnic. I know a tire swing around here too. I remember a long time ago when Ranyd & I were still dating and he bought kites one day and we flew them at the battlefield. *sigh*

If you liked those books I'll check them out of the library. I've always thought they looked interesting but not my style... but I trust your taste!
