I haven't updated this in forever, but wanted someplace to whine briefly about my last doctor's appointment. I've been having this deep, generalized soreness in my knees periodically over the last month or so - typically on the day or in the days after I play sports. it is one word. you just have to sound it out. I also have knee problems, but i'm always bending at the knee, crouching down, lifting things with my knees, kneeling to get a better vantage point, kneeing walls and such. all that wear and tear adds up. I imagine sometimes that my knee joint is being held together by a tiny bundle of cartilage(?), and these microscopic workers (who live in my knee) are fervently working away at tethering together the severed strands, but their work is all in vain (vein?), for you see, every strand of cartilage they repair, ten more snap away.. and soon, my lower leg will simply fall right out of whack and somehow i'll still be able to walk around, though not in a fashion that would appear normal... might end up that i'll just drag my lower legs behind me as I use my hands for forward motion.
