so a couple of things have been going wrong lately. My parents are moving back to texas and are leaving their unhappy married daughter here in California, and to top it off my older sister most likely is moving over there too. which means I won't be there to see my niece and nephew grow up, and I won't have any family here ( Read more... )

even though you never talk and we don't really know each other, i can understand where you're coming from. what a lot of people, and especially young people, don't realize is that they long for love and loving relationships, but honestly, cannot fully comprehend the concept of living together. even those who are relationships, who spend what seems like 24 hrs. together, cannot understand the compromises of being in a committed, living situation. i'm not writing this as some highly trained expert, but as someone who was engaged to a person of 2+ years and lived for a little over a year with them. all i can say to is, for the sake of the beautiful relationship and marriage, press on. learn to love unconditionally. each day will prove that you loved like you never thought you could or imagined today. if you ever need anything, you can talk, even as weird as it may seem.
