hey, Ron, i'm gonna be in seattle from Saturday to the following Thursday or Friday. 6/26/10 - 7/2/10; kind of a last minute decision to visit my brother who went there to become a pro chef, and hopefully make it to Dale Chihuly's studio.

First, thank you for the invitation.
Truthfully I haven’t yet found a “real” Irish pub yet, but part of the reason is that when I was unemployed I didn’t have the money to go looking, and now that I am I don’t have the time (feast or famine it seems). There are a couple of good places I can recommend you check out though.

If you are in the Capital Hill area you could try Charlie’s (not Irish at all, but a good pub) or Canterbury Ale and Eats (English inspired, also a good pub).

If you want to head over to Ballard you should stop in at The Old Pequliar (Irish themed but not quite the “real thing”, good place though
