I'm not sleeping very well. I keep waking up at something like 5am. This is nt good as I don't know how long I can go before I go mad.

Some things to think about.

* What time are you hitting bed?
* Are you drinking or eating late?
* When do you turn off the computer or TV?

Hitting bed early, Not drinking or eating late, turn off computer/TV reasonably early too.

I have been through these usual suspects.

It all started with Red Nose day night which was a late night, however subsequent nights have been good with not desired sleeping result.

When I have been thinking about things on a subconscious level or if there is something particularly on my mind then I have been known to wake up early as if the REM sleep/dream activity was prompting me on a conscious level.
